DYRK (96.3 FM), broadcasting as 96.3 WRocK, is a music FM radio station owned by Exodus Broadcasting Company (formerly ACWS - United Broadcasting Network) in the Philippines. The station's studio and transmitter are located at Room 2016, 20th Floor of Golden Peak Hotel and Suites, Gorordo Ave., cor. Escario St., Cebu City, Cebu. The main format of the station is soft adult contemporary music. It operates 24 hours daily except Holy Week of each year where it signs-off at 5:00 AM of Good Friday and returns to the air at 5:00 AM of Black Saturday; the latter would feature commercial-free continuous music during the Holy Week besides the aforementioned sign-off hours during Good Friday.

Background[]

On July 1, 1980, the Exodus Broadcasting Company was established by the Hodreal family and operated as a sister company of the ACWS-United Broadcasting Network, the owner-operator of Real Radio RK96 Metro Manila that was managed by Mike Pedero, who worked for 99.5 RT: The Rhythm of the City Metro Manila of the Trans-Radio Broadcasting Corporation.

On Valentine's Day, February 14, 1981, Exodus launched Real Radio RK96 Cebu, which was the one of the regional stations of the Real Radio network with it's slogan You'll Fall in Love on your Radio, and aired a combined Easy Listening/Lite Rock/Soft Adult Contemporary format under the helm of broadcast journalist Titus Borromeo. In 1998, the Congress allowed Exodus Broadcasting a broadcast franchise to operate radio stations in the Philippines.

On October 6, 2008, it was announced that the Elizalde Group of Companies' Manila Broadcasting Company (MBC) purchased the Manila station DWRK from the Hodreal family, owners of ACWS-UBN and Exodus, for PhP229.6 million. Except for the acquisition price, further terms were not disclosed. While DWRK since then has been under the control of MBC, ACWS-UBN and Exodus retain control of the WRocK provincial stations. In the same year, ACWS-UBN decided to re-establish the original WRocK format via online streaming, branding it as "WRocK Online" through Hayag.com, while DYRK was relaunched as a separate entity from WRocK Online.

In 2010, the Bacolod station and WRocK Online were discontinued, while the Davao station was occupied under airtime lease by UM Broadcasting Network and rebranded as 95.5 Hit Radio then to Retro 95.5 in 2016. DYRK is now the sole station of WRocK.

In June 2016, the station removed the "Cebu" suffix to become "96.3 WRocK". The change was first seen on their Facebook page before applying it on air.
